Auch in diesem Jahr machen das Land Kärnten und die Kärntner Apothekerkammer gemeinsame Sache, wenn es um Ihre Gesundheit geht!

Die kostenlose Diabetes-Vorsorgeaktion kehrt zurück – von 5. bis 17. Oktober kann man sich in 62 Apotheken in Kärnten kostenlos den Langzeit-Blutzucker (HbA1c) messen lassen.

Unser gemeinsames Ziel: Diabetes bzw. Prädiabetes entdecken und Diabetes-Schäden vermeiden! Denn das frühzeitige Erkennen der Erkrankung ist wichtig, da bereits bei Prädiabetes das Risiko für Gefäß-, Nerven- und Augenerkrankungen erhöht ist.

Wer kann und soll den Langzeit-Blutzucker messen lassen (Zielgruppe)?

• Menschen über 45 Jahre ohne diagnostizierte Diabetes-Erkrankung
• Menschen unter 45 Jahre bei Vorliegen eines Risiko-Kriteriums (Diabetes-Erkrankung in der erstgradigen Verwandtschaft; Übergewicht; metabolisches Syndrom; Bluthochdruck; Fettstoffwechselstörung; diagnostizierte Fettleber-Erkrankung; Schwangerschaftsdiabetes; polyzystisches Ovarialsyndrom)
